CAN I TALK TO YOUR PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS?

An arrangement can be made to speak with previous customers, upon request.

HOW DO YOU CAPTURE ALL OF THE WORK WE NEED DONE?

We do all types of work – please refer to our service offerings.

We are willing to do smaller jobs, and when you have need for a larger jobs to be done, we hope you will keep Westerly Homes in min

HOW DO YOU CAPTURE ALL OF THE WORK WE NEED DONE?

Our project manager will manage and coordinate your project first hand to make sure all work is running smoothly and on-time.
If you would like to increase the scope of work or make alterations, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Dialogue and a walkthrough will be conducted to review modified specifications.

The earlier we are informed of the change, the easier it is to accommodate the change.

If we are well into the project,, it may be more difficult to make modifications (depending on the area of work) Additional costs could be incurred and would be reflected in an updated contract.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE A DISAGREEMENT?

In the event of a disagreement, our top priority is to resolve the dispute in respectable manner through dialogue and mediation so that an agreement can be reached to avoid further setbacks

We value and appreciate your business so it is in our best interest to accommodate your needs and wishes

HOW IS PAYMENT HANDLED?

The payment process will depend on the size of job; a deposit is required on all jobs before work commences.

• For small projects, we will take the balance remaining when the project is complete (customers can pay off the balance before completion, if preferred).

• For larger projects, interval payments will be invoiced as work progresses.

HOW DO YOU PROTECT OUR HOME DURING CONSTRUCTION?

During the completion of a job, we use all measures to protect your home such as using drop clothes, poly, shoe removal or poly boots.
