Inside, we updated the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, cabinetry, stone fireplace, handrail, lighting, doors, and trims, along with a new chimney and a cozy window bench. The three bedrooms received fresh carpeting, paint, and lighting for a refreshed look. Essential system upgrades included a new hot water tank and septic tank, ensuring long-term efficiency. On the exterior, we installed new wood siding with stone accents, new windows and exterior doors, and built rear and side decks to enhance outdoor living. In 2011 we rebuild our backyard including a deck, patio, fixing some grading problems, relocating a shed and installing sod.
